- Each rug is hand-crafted, therefore there may be small variations in size (5%) and slight chromatic variations due to artisanal dye methods used.
- Shading or water effects may occur in hand-tufted rugs – this is not a defect.
- Hand-tufted rugs will present loosened threads due to vacuuming. The threads can be cut with scissors.
- Lightly vacuum your rug on a regular basis. New wool rugs may shed fibers for the first few months and this is normal.
- Dry blot all spills first, then refer to the cleaning instructions on the back of the rug.
- Avoid placing any objects on the rug that may cause dampness.
- Occasionally rotate the rug to distribute traffic and prevent wear and tear.
